We\u2019re excited to share that Kappa Metal has once again been entrusted with upgrading the main galley of the M\/V Astrea during the vessel\u2019s October dry-dock period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our team delivered a full scope of works, including: Detailed construction drawings, Installation of new paneling, Supply of USPH-compliant materials, Stainless steel fabrication, Installation of new hot-galley machinery, Complete refurbishment of the pantry area., Custom-made undercounter cabinets for both heating and cooling, designed specifically to optimize space and improve workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As with our previous collaboration, our focus was on creating an efficient workflow and ensuring that the right equipment is in the right place to support the vessel\u2019s onboard culinary concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With modern equipment, increased open space, and improved lighting, we\u2019ve helped create a galley environment that enhances communication, coordination, and overall performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
